Gets the AtspiAction interface for an AtspiAccessible.

Return value

Returns: AtspiAction
 

A pointer to an AtspiAction interface instance, or NULL if obj does not implement AtspiAction.
 The caller of the method takes ownership of the data, and is responsible for freeing it.
