• OrderBy.inline(org.basex.query.InlineContext)
• VarRef.inline(org.basex.query.InlineContext)

The context is replaced in:

• ContextFn.inline(org.basex.query.InlineContext)
• ContextValue.inline(org.basex.query.InlineContext)
• Arr.inline(org.basex.query.InlineContext)
