ContactsΒΆ
Contacts are used for two main purposes:
- for logging in Centreon user interface
- for notifications
Now, let’s see how to add a new user:
Fill the mandatory fields:
| Field name | Description |
|---|---|
| Full Name | Usually the first name and the last name of the user |
| Alias / Login | Used for logging in |
| E-mail address of the user, used for notification purpose | |
| Enable Notifications | Choose whether or not the user will receive notifications |

| Reach Centreon Front-end | Choose whether or not the user can acccess the user interface |
| Password | Password used for logging in |
| Admin | Choose whether or not the user is an administrator |
Hit the save button to add the new user.
