Proxmox VE FCLU storage framework (ALPHA)

Vendor-neutral Proxmox VE storage framework providing first-class per-virtual-
disk volume services over Fibre Channel block storage: one array LUN per virtual
disk, with snapshots, clones, QoS, and replication offloaded to the array.
Per-vendor drivers (Hitachi today; Dell, Pure, IBM, NetApp planned) plug into a
shared generic core. Generalizes the single-vendor pve-HitachiBlockPlugin.

Binary packages: pve-fclu-core (the vendor-neutral spine), pve-fclu-hitachi (the
Hitachi VSP driver plus the thin type()='hitachiblock' plugin, superseding
pve-storage-hitachiblock), and the optional pve-fclu metapackage.

ALPHA: not yet validated against a live array or cluster. Lab/test use only
until verified on real hardware.

The repository is named after the Proxmox VE release (PVE_9) rather than the
Debian base (Debian 13 / Trixie) to avoid confusion.
